# Code of Conduct

## Our Pledge

We as contributors and maintainers of **Qode** pledge to make participation in our project and community a welcoming, respectful, and harassment-free experience for everyone — regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

---

## Our Standards

**Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment:**

- Using welcoming and inclusive language
- Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences
- Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback
- Focusing on what is best for the project and the community
- Showing empathy and patience toward other contributors

**Examples of unacceptable behavior:**

- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
- Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
- Publishing others' private information (e.g. email addresses) without explicit permission
- Sustained disruption of discussions or reviews
- Any other conduct that could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

---

## Our Responsibilities

Project maintainers are responsible for clarifying the standards of acceptable behavior and are expected to take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any behavior they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.

Maintainers have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, issues, and other contributions that do not align with this Code of Conduct, and to temporarily or permanently ban any contributor for behavior deemed harmful.

---

## Scope

This Code of Conduct applies within all project spaces — including GitHub issues, pull requests, discussions, and any other channels used by the Qode community — as well as in public spaces when an individual is representing the project.

---

## Enforcement

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the project maintainer at:

**[@aqtanb](https://github.com/aqtanb)** (via GitHub)

All reports will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly. The maintainer is obligated to maintain confidentiality with regard to the reporter of an incident.

Maintainers who do not follow or enforce this Code of Conduct in good faith may face temporary or permanent consequences as determined by other members of the project's leadership.
